Consistent Experience: In today’s busy world, the less you need to worry the better. At Carnation we know hiring someone to clean your home is about making life easier, not more difficult. By providing a consistent experience including who cleans, how they clean and when they clean, we provide the peace-of-mind you appreciate and deserve.
Attention to Details: It starts with cleaning technicians wearing special shoes when they enter a home, so they keep from bringing dirt, dust, and bacteria into the home. It also includes the pre-work phone calls and the post-work notes to keep a consistent flow of communication between us and the customer.
Highly Trained Employees: Anyone can clean a home. Very few can clean it the way a Carnation technician cleans a home. The reason is our training program, which every technician must pass before they are allowed to start working for Carnation. They learn how to capture particulates and not allow them to fly into the air when dusting; how to clean floors without re-introducing dirty bucket water on to a floor; and how to clean delicate furniture and decorations appropriately and safely.
Two-Way Communication: The key to any strong relationship is sharing and listening. As a customer, we want to hear from you, and we want to make sure you hear from us. Before every cleaning, you will receive a pre-service phone call so that you can share with us any relevant information you believe is important to make your up-coming cleaning successful. After the cleaning, we leave you a note explaining the services you just received.

Deionized Water
We clean using deionized water, considered some of the cleanest water available. Using a special process, minerals and salts are removed from the water, leaving almost pure H2O. This lab-quality water is used to clean floors and other surfaces.
Safe cleaning products
The core products we use come from natural ingredients. Many are Green Seal-certified, which means they have been reviewed by a third party and meet the exacting standards set by Green Seal, a non-profit focused on creating a more sustainable world.
High-Efficiency Air Filters.
Our vacuums use special H.E.P.A. filters in order to capture at least 99.97 percent of particles 3 microns or larger. They capture some of the smallest particles in your home including dust, human dander, pollen, spores, many fungi and bacteria, and dust mite feces (a common allergen).
