Do I need to sign a contract?

No need to sign a contract. We want you to keep us because you love us!

Do your customers need to be at home during the cleaning service?

Not at all!

Do your customers need to take any specific actions to prepare for the cleaning service?

Yes they do need to tidy up before our cleaners arrive.

What about our pets?

We love pets! If your pet is comfortable with us, he or she is free to roam. If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior while we are present working, we may ask you to contain him or her during our visit. We do not clean up pet urine or feces.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, we are bonded and insured since 1991. 

General Liability: Protects homeowners from accidental damage, breakage and theft of goods or confidential information 

Bond: Protects and ensures homeowners that company follows legal and ethical practices

How will you gain access to my home?

If you will not be home to let us in, we ask that you provide us with a door entry code or lock box key and, if necessary, an alarm code.

What if a cleaning technician is injured in my home?

We provide all our cleaning technicians with Workers Compensation Insurance Workers Compensation Insurance: Protects the homeowner from liability of covering a personal injury of someone hurt in their home.

Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?

Carnation Home Cleaning provides all the equipment and supplies needed to clean your home. We do pride ourselves in using the best professional, non-smelling and non-toxic products as well as professional equipment - safer choices for you, your family, your pets, our technicians and the environment. After all "CLEAN DOESN'T SMELL"

If a client requests the same cleaning technician/maid for each service, how do you manage it?

We do try our best to accommodate specific technician requests.

Who provides the Vacuum?

Carnation provides a canister vacuum to remove loose soils before any wet cleaning is done. To prevent cross contamination, we are happy to use your vacuum for the carpeted areas.

What payment methods do you accept?

Due at time of service, we accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Venmo and Zelle.

Do I tip the cleaning technicians?

Tipping the cleaning technicians is not a required act, but they sure do appreciate it. Either way, tip or no tip, you will get the same professional customer service and quality clean from your technicians.
